The 10–11 hour gap between Bangladesh and the US is a feature, not a bug. You brief me at 5pm; I explore overnight; we align in your morning. Projects move around the clock instead of around meetings — briefs turn into options by the time you're back at your desk.

Can a US startup hire a designer in Bangladesh?
Yes — it's most of what I do. My clients include SEO Ocean (Boston) and The Bluebird Group (Minneapolis). I work remotely on US products every day; the distance is an advantage, not an obstacle.
How does the timezone actually work?
I'm in Sylhet, Bangladesh (GMT+6) — roughly your night shift. You brief me at end of day and wake up to explored directions. We overlap 2–3 hours in your morning for decisions, so projects move around the clock instead of around meetings.
What kinds of products do you design?
SaaS platforms and dashboards, MVP and startup websites, landing pages, and Figma design systems — always conversion-focused and frontend-ready (React/Tailwind-aware handoff).
Are you a designer or an engineer?
Design-led, with a software-engineering background — a designer who codes. I design with the build in mind and hand off files developers like, but I'm a UI/UX & product designer, not a senior software engineer.
