Overview
FeedFlow helps product teams collect user feedback and actually act on it. The core design problem wasn't collecting opinions — it was preventing the pile-up that makes teams stop reading them.
The challenge
Feedback tools become guilt machines: hundreds of unsorted entries, duplicate requests, and no bridge from 'users said' to 'we decided'. FeedFlow needed a workflow where triage is fast enough to happen daily.
The approach
- Designed lightweight in-product collection widgets that capture context — page, plan, sentiment — automatically.
- Built a triage board where merging duplicates and tagging themes takes one gesture each.
- Created insight views that roll feedback up by theme and impact, ready to paste into a roadmap discussion.
- Kept the interface deliberately calm — neutral surfaces, one accent — because the content is the noise.
The outcome
A tool teams can keep up with: feedback arrives structured, triage stays a five-minute habit, and product decisions get a defensible paper trail from user voice to roadmap.
